The Call for Bids process to host the AEPC 2030, the 63rd Annual Meeting of the AEPC, is now open.
We invite our members to consider this opportunity and express their interest.
The first part of the Call for Bids process is the submission of a Letter of Intent. The deadline to submit this Letter of Intent is 1 December 2026.
Note: we only accept letters from members, not from convention bureaus or congress centres.
Following acceptance of the letter of intent, a complete bid book is to be submitted by 1 March 2027, per the requirements outlined in the AEPC Annual Meeting Bid Guidelines.
