AEPC 2029 Call for bids is now open

The Call for Bids process to host the 62nd Annual Meeting of the AEPC - AEPC 2029 is now open!

We invite AEPC members to consider this opportunity and express their interest.

Please note that we encourage members to put forward a joint meeting proposal (i.e. neighbouring cities or countries) if they feel they cannot host a meeting standalone!

1. As a first step, the potential meeting chair will need to submit a Letter of Intent. The deadline to submit this Letter of Intent is 7 January 2026.
   Please review the AEPC 2029 bid guidelines prior to submitting the Letter of Intent, as this document outlines the responsibilities & expectations around hosting an Annual Meeting.
    
2. Upon acceptance of the letter of intent, the AEPC PCO will work to prepare the bid books together with the potential meeting chair.
   These will be submitted to the AEPC Council per the requirements outlined in the AEPC Bid guidelines.
