Annual Subscription

Ordinary Members shall pay an annual subscription of EUR 150, and Junior Members shall pay an annual subscription of  EUR 80. 

These fees include at no extra cost the subscription to the journal 'Cardiology in the Young' as well as sponsoring of one AEPC-Working Group.

Ordinary Members shall resign at the end of the calendar year in which they retire from active practice. They must notify the Secretary-General upon this change in writing and shall then become Senior Members.

Honorary Members and Senior Members do not pay annual subscription, but if they want to receive the journal 'Cardiology in the Young' they pay an annual contribution of EUR 80.  Nevertheless, all except Honorary Members pay the full amount of the registration fee if they attend the Annual Meeting.

The annual subscription shall be paid early each year, but not later than April 30.  For later payment a penalty of EUR 10 will be charged. Newly elected AEPC-Members shall pay the first subscription during their year of acceptance not later than July 31.

A) The annual subscription can be paid on-line.  You got to register first.  You can pay on-line as follows:
1. Go to 'Membership information'
2. Register (you can create a username and password).  If you have forgotten your username and password, you can request for the forgotten password via ‘Forgotten password?’.  The username and password will then be sent to you via e-mail
3. Log in using this username and password
4. Click 'On-line payment' and follow the instructions
 

B) Members will also receive a reminder in January each year with a yellow form that must be sent to the treasurer indicating the mode of payment.  The preferred modes of payment are by credit card (VISA or Eurocard/Mastercard), or by bank transfer to the following account:

 Remember to state your name clearly when paying the subscription by bank transfer.  Paying by cheque should only be considered as an exception if the payment modes mentioned above cannot be used at all.  Because of the bank charges that come up with cashing cheques, an additional fee of EUR 10 must be paid in this case.  Cheques should never be sent to the Secretary-General.

Please, tick the Working Group you want to sponsor, and do not forget to indicate any changes of your regular or e-mail address and fax number on the yellow form as well.
